Ducks, Dinner, and Dale

Featuring Dale Bordelon, waterfowl tradition bearer and living legend, in conversation with Jason Theriot, Ph.D., historian and author, with special musical guest Jourdan Thibodeaux.

Guests will enjoy duck gumbo prepared by Dale Bordelon, along with other waterfowl- and seafood-focused dishes.
